COUNTLESS RELEASESSSS!!

Kabayan,
The Release system was created to protect both sides, the employer and the EPS worker. Its like a check and balance situation for the Entry Permit System. When you are first hired when you are still in the Philippines, they, the employer, undergo a process in which they spend time and effort in acquiring papers for them to be able to hire you. And so, if you will be given an unlimited chances to be release anytime you want, then it will be discouraging for employers to go through this process of hiring foreign workers. They definitely dont want their efforts go to waste easily. Another factor is that, Business especially in times of boom, would never want to loose any employee in their factory that is why the Ministry of Labor has set some rules to be followed to be able to qualify for a release.
Although we have been given 3 chances for change of work place, they have also given us a chance to have what we may consider a "countless release" as long as the reason for your releases are all because of your employer, for example, bankruptcy, etc.
I hope this helps kabayan, remember that we have been given an opportunity to work here in South Korea, so we must also obey the rules set by the government of Korea. We are still lucky for this kind of system, because in some countries, you do not have this type of chances, if you want to leave your work, then you will automatically go back to the Philippines or find other means such as runaway from your employer and work without any working permit(illegal).
It will be really good to have countless releases, but also this will make workers lazy and choosy for their jobs. Let us just hope for an additional number of release/s, and i think that is possible rather than make a request or petition to abolish the set of rules regarding applications for a release.
