well ,I have read post reply here regarding how many release is allowed . One said 5 releases to those without exit or straight to 5 years with valid reason.. so in my case , this is my 2nd released and I want to transfer again to another co. after my 1 year contract here at my recent co. I'm covered with the new labor law 5years .. so I have 3 more releases instead of 1 am I right? tnx to sulyap and more power...

yes mam...you have 3 more releases because the new law add 2 more releases for those who will not exit and continue work for 5 years ...ubos english ko a...but wait for the final announcement ..para mas klarado sa lahat ng aspeto..always visit this website...
