kabayan wala pong sinasabi ang bagong batas na may dagdag na relis kapag nagstraight na tayo ng 5 years,,kaya hinay hinay po,sa pagpaparelis kasi wala pang anouncement tungkol dyan..so stastus quo po sa 3 relis...stay with your company as long as bigyan ka nila ng kontrata...

ganyan nga din po ang lage kong tanung sir kung ilan pa po ang release if ever na mapatupad na ang batas na 5 years.. ang dami po kasing nagtatanung eh..thanks po god bless

i attended the leaders forum held last november 14,2009 at the Phil.embassy.one of the topis was the sojourn of the EPS workers,and according to the NLCC officer...those workers who will be under the 5 straight yrs law,will be given an additional 2 releases,if the reson to change company is valid.so from 3 releases it will become 5.but this will take effect on DEC.10,2009 owards.

paano po yun? halimbawa kmi re hired kmi then di pa kmi nakakapag pa released kahit isang beses ibig ba sabihin nito na pwede kmi sa limang released? salamt po at mabuhay kyo
