Set up a massage at a local massage therapist. Kung wala naman or malayo kayo ask a friend to massage your lower back. Stretch, stretch and stretch some more! Stretch your whole body, but focus on these for lower back pain relief.If u guys always using FLAT shoes yeah sure...magkakaroon kayo ng lower back pain...stretch more........exercise..say NO to FATTY Foods..WATCH you CALORIES intake!
