Paano po ang gagawin kung halimbawang gusto akong i employ ng bank pero kasalukuyan po ako nagwowork sa factory? Please give me advice... Salamat po ........

ka E7 Visa (General Work)


The E-7 visa is a general work visa that allows you to work in a legitimate company. This visa is renewable for one year after the first duration, only if you work under the same management and the company and they act as your sponsor.

Kuhanin mo requirements ng E7 Visa at ibigay mo sa Bank na gusto mag hire sayo kung kaya ba nila i-process ang mga requirements. At kung willing sila na mag apply at magpa interview sa Ministry of Justice para makakuha ka ng CCVI.

Tulad ng sinabi ko sa kabilang thread ay susugal ka sa case na ito. So nasa iyo ang desisyon. Kung gusto mo i-try ang luck mo sa E7 visa then uuwi ka sa Pinas para doon i-process ang convertion ng visa mo. End contract ka na sa E9 nyan. Panibagong application ulit lahat for E7 Visa requirements.

Pero ito yung risk kung hindi maapprove ng immigration ang visa mo habang nasa Pinas ka na ay hindi ka na makakabalik ulit ng Korea as EPS unless mag take ka ulit ng KLT exams.

So alamin mo muna mabuti side ng potential employer mo kung talagang willing sila mag undergo sa lahat ng requirements ng E7 Visa at kung capable ba sila (bank) to hire foreign workers.

I am now here for almost 8yrs with E7 visa so kung may katanungan ka ay just inform me.

The documents that must be submitted are:

a. applicant’s passport;
b. completed application form with passport-sized photograph;
c. letter of invitation from the local company confirming the purpose of the applicant’s employment in Korea;
d. copy of diploma or certificate of qualification of applicant;
e. employment reference by the Minister of the relevant Ministry;
f. employment contract;
g. documents relating to the establishment of public or private organizations, including a certified copy of the company registration or business entity certificate, etc. of the local company;
h. affidavit of support from the local company duly notarized by a Notary Public of Korea; and
i. resume or personal work history of applicant.

paano po kaya kung magpaalam lang me dto sa company na mgbakasyon lang pra pag d na approve ung e-7 ay pede pa bumalik?
ano po sa palagay mo?
this dec po kc mag sisign na ako ng pang 6 year ko.

meron po cla na hire na ibang nationality of course pra din sa kanilang bansa un to promote ung bangko po also.


wala po kayang violation kung malalaman ng company ko ngyn na nagwowork me sa bank every sunday? regular sunday employee na po kc ako sa bank then lahat ng transactions and other businesses regarding and involving po sa mga pinoys ay inquire muna nila skin.
ibig po sabhin nun gusto muna ng bank na ipaalam o isangguni muna sa akin or ask ng opinion or suggestion pag my mga bagay na involve ang pinoy.

more than 3 years na rin po ako sa bank bilang sunday employee.

Malabo yung sinasabi mo, kilala mo ang korea na masusing pinag aaralan lahat documents. Kung yan ang plan mo ay magsasayang ka lang ng time & effort kc kapag vacation ka lang, wala ka record sa immigration ay retired na or nag end contract na. Paano ka i-approve sa Korean Embassy sa atin? Isa pa dadaan ka sa interview sa Korean Embassy Makati na mag submit ka ng Clearance or letter of release sa last company mo. Ganun din sa pag apply ng bank employer ng CCVI sa Ministry of Justice, paano sila bibigyan kung ang record mo sa Korea ay vacation lang?

Doon naman sa case ng pag work mo sa bank ay illegal yan following immigration rules pero hanggat walang nag rereklamo sayo or nakakahuli sa yo ay nasa iyo naman yung pag take ng risk. Para ka lang TNT every Sunday. Malaki rin ang risk ng bank na pnagtatrabahuan mo kung mahuli ka or malaman ng immigration na working ka sa Bank with your current visa as EPS which is 30M won.

Kung gusto talaga ka gawing legal ng bank ay apply E7 Visa at ipasa nyo both all requirements. Pero kung E7 Visa ka ay hindi pwede na every Sunday lang work mo hindi papayagan ng immigration yun. Dapat 5days a week din ang schedule mo sa bank or following the minimum working hours per week, nakalagay yun sa contract na i-submit mo sa embassy, immigration, poea etc. And remember walng release sa E7 Visa kung ayaw mo na or wala ka na contract ay uwi ng Pinas na. Hindi tulad ng EPS na pwede pa release at hanap ng ibang company.
