gud am,sir ....kung sakali man tuloy na yung 5 yrs. na pwede nang d mag exit ng bansa.tanong ko po kung pwede ako makalipat ng ibang kompanya pagkatapos ng contract ko nitong april 2010 for 3 yrs.d na kc maganda ang patakaran pagdating sa oras ng trabaho nmin d na binabayaran yung overtime nmin na 1.5 per day at sabado until 5:30 na kmi d na rn sya overtime.taposin ko nlng sana contract ko nitong april sayang kc tijikum....plsss reply po sir,tnx

kabayan ...pwede po kayo makalipat ng company..basta wag nalang kayo magsign ng kontrata ay automatic relis kayo.at pwede na kayo makahanap ng ibang company sa nodongbu...kasi may 2 years ka pang natitira...at sabi mo nga makukuha mo ang tejicom mo agad...

ok po maraming salamat po sir....kaya rn medyo nali2to ako ngaun kung pa2no ang process sa akin ngaung patapos na 3 years ko sa april kc sumabay pa nahulihan dn company nmin ng 2 ilegal nitong october 16 lang.kaya yun nlng d nlng ako piperma sa pang 4 years contract ko.many tnx po ulit...........

welcome po...lagi lang po tayo magvisit dito sa sulyapinoy..marami po tayong mapupulot dito...hanap ka na lang po ng magandang kumpanya pag nareleas ka na...mas maganda ang car industry ngayon...so priority mo na mahanap ang mga car accesories manufacturing..
