extension of d3 visa without going back to pinas pwede ba??

hello sa lahat.first time ko sa site nato, and just happy na meron pala nito na pwede nmn mapagtanungan on all our queries..
about my case po someone knows kung pwede po bang maextend pa nmin ung d3 visa nmn dito sa korea n hnd kmi mag-eexit?since ang bago dw kc korean law ngayon sa mga trainee eh 1year lng pwede magstay then after that need na umuwi.eh what if po kung same employer since ung company nmn gus2 nila kmi maextend ang problem lng hnd din sila ganun kapamilyar kung ano ung process na pwedeng gawin kaya they ask us kung may alam dw ba kmi n pwedeng gawin pra maextend pkmi dito.kaya naisip ko pwede b ung dito iproces ung extension or changes or upgrading ng visa nmn?
ma 1year npo kmi this october 22 kaya were worried kung ano pwedeng gawin para maextend pa dito.

Hindi po ako familiar sa D3 VISA..pinadala kayo ng company from Pinas to be trained here?

bale po ang compny nmin sa pinas is sister compnay ng compny nmn dito sa korea.pinadala kmi dito lst year to trained. supposedly the original contract nmn dito is 6mos lng pero pinaextend ng compny to 1 year. so this october po mag-eexpired na ung visa nmn. our current compny po nmn dito gus2 na kming i-hire as regular employee pero ang problem po eh they are not that familiar kung ano ang requirements and procedure dito sa korea and sa pinas na dapt gawin.kaya they're seeking help from us kung may alam dw po kming way. but our case nmn kasi hnd parehas mostly sa mga forums dito kaya wala po akong makitang way now kung ano tlg ang dapt gawin nmn.

d3-1 ang visa po nmin ,industrial trainee..
siguro po makakaatend po ako niyan with my team dyn sa seminar. ano po ung exact details ng seminar?exact address?time? hnd po kc ako familiar masyado sa mga places dito.. Smile
