kabayan,ask lang po..K2babalik ko lang d2 nung june27,Nka-sahod n me ng 2 months pero hindi pa ako kinakaltasan (4ook) hindi kaya mag-multa ako dun kapag hindi pa inuhog ng sajanng namin..Sana po m-sagot nyu po ako maraming salamat pho..

Slamat sa comments mo.
I think required pa rin yan kc nakapaloob po yan sa EPS provisions at sa katunayan kinaltas na sa akin ang 400,000 won. Kinuha po ng Samsung sa account ko .

kabayan, ask ko lang po kc 2 years na ako dito makakakuha po ba ako ng teojegum at kukmin ko after ng soujorn period ko dito kahit di ako nakapagbayad ng 400k won ko sa samsung. maraming salamat po...

kabayan ...makakakuha ka ng tijikom ,,,after ng sojourn perioud mo.bago ka umuwi sa pinas.at yung gukmin ay pagnakauwi ka ..after one month papasok yun sa acount mo..walang kinalaman yung 400 k won,,kasi ito ay return cost insurance...ito yung ibinabalik satin kapag tayo ay uuwi na..pero ganun pa man ..dapat ka pa ring magpakaltas nito...kasi may penalty ito...kaya yung bank acount na inisue sayo dati ng bago ka sa korea..ay pondohan mo ng 400k at automatic makakaltasan ka...mahirap ng magmulta...sana maliwanagan ka sa munti kong paliwanag...tnx and godbless

kabayan,, if u finis ur sojurn already then na rehire, in some companies di n po kailangn to hve insurnce like ung 400,000 won, pero meron po babayran within one year ang lahat ng rehired sa samsung, its the insurance guarantee for one year, after a year po ninyo makukuha eto, eto po iyong insurance guarantee in case ur company ma bankcrupt, meron po kau saving tru samsung, kaya ask nyo po boss nyo kc require po eto sa lahat ng na rehire..tnx
