I knew that the gasoline tax refund is over, but I just want to seek an opinion from you sir, If I can get my tax refund even though the deadline is over. In my case , I transferred to another company so I applied it through IBK last may 19 and the emplyee at the bank told me that I'm going to wait for 5 to 6 days but I haven't received yet until the deadline. I've just known only last week when I called-up my former co-workers their and he told me that he had seen my notice came from the tax office .he doesn' t know when it arrived .maybe, before the deadline . If incase, I get my notice their at my former company and show to the bank , can I claim the said tax refund ? thank u sir and more power!! by the way sir ,CONGRATULATIONS for being our new administrator sa sulyapinoy .... GOD BLESS
