tanung ko lng panu po mgparehistro ng bata sa phil embassy,anu ano kya mga kailangan pra d2?maaaring bang ipangalan sakin ang bata kahit hnd p kmi ng aswa ko?pwde po kya mgkapagstay ung bta d2 sa korea?please help nmn po..

IM NOT REALLY SURE WITH UR QUESTION :

Requirements for Reports of Birth

Birth certificate of the child with seal of the hospital or doctor with the corresponding English translation
Valid Philippine passport or Travel Document of parents.
Authenticated Marriage Contract of parents (if applicable)
Any additional document of identification of the parents: birth certificate, voter’s affidavit, NBI, Driver’s License, etc.
Affidavit of Acknowledgement of Paternity for child born out of wedlock.
Pictures (size: 1.77" x 1.37" ? colored with plain, light background)
For a child who will be returning to the Philippines unaccompanied by any of his/her parents: duly accomplished Affidavit of Parental Consent and photocopy of the passport of the traveling companion.

HOPE IT CAN GIVE U KNOWLEDGE(KUNG MALAPIT PO AKU ANSAN PWEDI KUPO KAU PAGPRINT NG FORM DITO SAKIN AND MAGKITA TAYO SA ANSAN LINE 4 :ONETIME..

pde u po isunod sa apelyido mo ang baby khit nde pa kau kasal ng asawa mo bsta kung gus2 ng father na isunod sa knya pede na po yun ngaun sa batas ntin,kau po mismo paparehistro sa baby nu dhil nid po sign ng father na katunuyan kau may gus2 isunod sa apelyido un baby nu....

kabayan ganyan talaga sila minsan pero try mo pa din,kase mas maganda kung nakatawag ka muna sa embassy bago kayo pumunta dun,para mas clear ang lahat.God Bless.
