kabayan pwede pb kami makakuha ulit ng gasoline tax refund kc po last year nakakuha n po kmi alam ko po eh meron nmn uli. salamat and more power sulyappinoy

ilang araw b mkukuha ang pera s nts...ksi nung martes lng ako ng apply ksi hindi ako n rigesterd ng compny ko dati...so ngayun lng ako ng apply my mkukuha pb ako?

kabayan gusto ko po sanang malaman kung ano po ba itong return insurance at departure guarantee at saan po ba nmin ito pwedeng makuha kung sakali na kmi po ay tapos na ng aming kontrata? maraming salamat po ulit at mabuhay kayo!!!

kabayan tanong lang po ulit. saan po bang ahinsya ng gobyerno ng korea mag file para makuha nmin ang return insurance at departure guarantee? kc mag fifinish na po kmi sa sept. 10 para sa 3 years salamat po ulit at mabuhay kayo

kbayan beans un return cost insurance pde u po iaapply yan sa goyong job center ibgay u po un alien card mo passport,tiket at bankbook mo kz ifa2x po nla yun sa samsung 1 day or 2days nsau na pera mo,un nmn sa kookmin mo sa NPS mo iapply yan din bbgay mo mga documents dun dpat po 1 month b4 ur departure ka mag apply nyan...

magandang araw po kabayan, tanong ko lang po kung saan pwedeng tawagan na numero ang goyong job center kc po mag fifinish na ako sa sept. para sa 3 years. gusto ko po sanang mag file ng return coast insurance. maraming salamat po ulit at mabuhay kayo...\

pwede ko po bng makuha ung return coast insurance kahit pagkatapos ng 3years ko eh babalik pa nmn ako 4 another 3years di po ba un pra sa mag foforgood na tlga sa pinas? wla bng magiging problem kung kukunin ko ung return coast insurance ko ng 3years?

kung matatapos na po 3years mo ngaun maku2ha u po tlga un return cost insu mo file po kau sa samsung o khit sa job cnter pde po bgay u po un plane tiket,bankbook.alien card pra ma fax po nla sa samsung un mga documents mo,den pagbalik u po d2 for another 3years magbabayad ka ulit ng 400....gudluck po!!!!

REturn Cost Insurance and TRust?
--> Migrant workers must purchase the Return Cost Insurance ( the airline ticket insurance - 400,000 won) and trust within 80 days of valid date of the labor contract and accident compensation insurance within 15 days of valid date of the labor contract. Most migrant workers pay the insurance premiums from the workers wages due to confusion with the Departure Guarantee Insurance.

***Basically, workers need to claim the benefits of the Departure Guarantee Insurance. However, when the situation(ex. when workers left workplace without permission) does not allow for workers to claim benefits, employers can claim the benefits on behalf of workers. For the application form, please contact the Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance at 02-318-5740 or (02-2119-2400).

in applying REturn Cost Insurance are;

1. report to Nodongbo or Labor office nearest to you and ask for a certificate stating that you finis your contract already goin to depart korea
--> present ur ARC, passport and plane tiket.

2. after u have the certificate. its in english and korean..
--> proceed to SAmsung office and give the following:
--> ARC
--> photocopy of bank book
--> passport
-- > plane ticket
--> and the certicicate from nodongbo...

3. application for samsung insuramnce only takes 3 days...
