long vacation

sir ask ko lng po, matapos n po ung 3 years ko now, gusto po ng employer ko ung trabaho ko,kaya gusto nya me bumalik agad, but for personal reason i need a long vacation about 6 months or more po cguro,sabi nya kung un ang decision ko ok lng daw, but kung maicipan ko daw n gusto ko bumalik s company nila welcome daw po me sir, ask ko lng po kung pwede p me mkabalik on my same employer as an eps , or to be direct hire after n ilang months n naging vacation ko ,pano po b ang proseso dun sir,mkakakuha p po b me ng visa nun ganun,

kabayan,

under EPS reemployment procedure, you should apply for your reemployment before kayo umuwi thru Labor Office and must submit your visa application after one month from the date of your arrival in the Phil... once you are issued with new Visa (E9), if ayaw mo munang bumalik agad sa Korea, it is still possible to come back to Korea 3-days before your visa expiration... (correct me if i'm not wrong, i think 3-months po ang expiration ng visa from the date of its issuance)...

if ayaw mong mag-avail ng reemployment, i'm sure mahihirapan ka nang makabalik pa ng Korea... back to zero ang processing mo under EPS... it means you have to take and pass KLT exam again... but the problem hindi pa natin alam kung meron o kailan ang KLT exam in the coming years...

if direct hired naman under E-7 visa (Special Occupation)... if yung trabaho mo is related to 3D or assembly operation... hindi po yan pwede sa E-7 Visa... applicable lang po ito sa mge engineers, IT, managers, directors, doctors, pilot, and other professional positions...

thank you sir, sir as u said kailngn ko po mag apply ng reemployment bago ako umuwi thru labor office here in korea po, and must submit my visa application after one month from the date of my arrival in the Phils. san po pa sir isusubmit s POEA po ba, kung ganun po my apat n buwan po pala me n panahon s pinas,

sir ,isa p po pasensya n po sir ahh, kung idirect hire nila me pano nmn po ang proseso nun,kailngn po b nila mgbigay ng workorder s labor o s poea,

sir salamat po.sensya po ulit

kabayan,
1) ang current employer mo ang dapat mag-apply ng reemployment para sayo at the Labor Office... for more details, please click HERE... if walang employer na magrerehire sayo after your 3-yrs sojourn has expired, hindi po kayo makakabalik...
