Moneygram remittances Empty Moneygram remittances

Good day po...Can i ask some advice regarding to my remittances through moneygram last sunday dated May 17., because the time i send money to Woori bank in Hyehwadong Branch suddenly the server has been offline according to the Korean personnel and i ask him how can we get the reference no., then he told that they will send a message through cellphone by monday. Until now i have'nt yet receive a message from them regarding to my remiitance. So i'm asking for your kindness to help me to know what's happening to MoneyGram since this one of your sponsor, do i have the assurance that my money send to Philippines is secured? So, please help me and i hoping to your immediate response i know you could help to ease my worriness ..Thank you very much and GODBLESS...

Okey, thank you for your immediate response, if you dont mind can i have their no. so that i can call them directly...actually i try to call Woori bank trunkline in Hyewadong Branch sad to say i can't understnd due to thier own language in korean, that's a big problem for us as foreigner fo those who have transaction with them whenever they call thier service hotline which is not accessible properly especially as i said as foreigner...Thank you very much MisterDj ...
