kabayan,
what do you mean sa sinabi mong "narerenew"? nagrenew ng contract or narehired after your 1st 3-years sojourn was expired?

if you meant na-rehired, then you're entitled for another 3 times release (transfer of workplace) for reasons such as non-renewing of your employment contract and other personal reasons...

however foreign workers are exceptionally allowed to transfer to another workplace up to four times if the reason of release were exclusively due to the following justifiable reasons (but must be verified/confirmed by the Labor Office)...

1) The employer terminates or refuses to renew the labor contract for justifiable reasons.
2) The foreign worker cannot continue to work in his/her workplace due to reasons not attributable to him/her, such as closure or temporary shutdown of business.
3) The foreign worker employment permission is revoked or the workplace is restricted from employing foreign workers because of human rights infrigement, such as physical abuse, overdue wages, deteriorating working conditions etc.
4) The foreign worker cannot continue to work in his/her current workplace due to injuries, etc., but is possible to work in a difficult workplace.

Notes:
- Any person who interferes with a change of workplace or business by foreign workers is punished by imprisonment for up to one year and a fine not exceeding ten million won.
- A worker shall not move to a new workplace for higher benefit and he/she can move to a new workplace only "via job Center"
