hello to all pinoys here in korea.Gusto klng po maclarify ang rule regarding changing company.Ntpos kna po ang 3years sojourn period and narehire npo ako.Next month ay 1year nko d2 sa company and ayoko na pumirma lit ng kontrata sa knila kc d ngbbyad ng ot.Ask klng kng pwede pko lumipat kc on the last 3years sojourn period ko ay naubos kna ung allowed 3times na changing company.Pg narehired ba ulit ay back to zero nnman?I mean another 3times na changing company?thanks po...

kabayan may 3 times kana uli para makalipat ng kumpanya
kaya pwedi kana di pumirma ng kuntrata next month basta report kalang sa labor office kung anong huling araw mo sa kuntrata
