Hello!everyone! Napakalaki po ng naitutulong po ng organization ng fewa sa website na ito... Ask ko lng po sir regarding po sa mga ilang may ngsasabi na mayroon po daw matatanggap na benepisyo ang eps worker kapag nakauwi na ng pilipinas at hindi na babalik ng korea bukod po sa natanggap na tijikom at kukmin. Dito daw po ipafile sa korean embassy. Di lng po sure kung gaano ito katotoo. Maraming salamat po!

under EPS, ito lang po ang mga benefits na nakasaad sa Korean Labor Standard Act and NPS Act...

1) After Sojourn Period: Departure Guarantee Insurance "Toejigeum", Return Cost Insurance (400K won) and NPS (National Pension System) Lump-sum Refund "Kukmin"

2) For Accident Related Insurance:
-> Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance: Insurance for injuries, diseases, or death caused by occupational accidents (related to work)
-> Casualty Insurance: Insurance for injuries, diseases, or death caused by other than those occupational accidents (not related to work)

3) Wage Guarantee Insurance (mandatory for companies with less than 300 regular workers): Insurance for delayed salary for up to 2-million won

4) Employment Insurance (worker's voluntary membership): Maternity leave benefits and other employment security benefits...

mas maganda siguro if makapagpost dito sa SULYAP website yung sinnabi mong nakakuha ng benefits para malaman natin kung ano talaga yung nakuha niya... baka isa lang din yun sa mga mentioned benefits above...
