tanong lang po kung may makukuha ba ang eps na vacation leaved at sickleaved kc po 3 yrs ako sa kumpanya ko ala absent kahit isa...ano po ba sa hanguk ang sickleaved at vacation leaved...

per Korean Labor Law, wala pong sick leave benefits ang lahat na workers sa Korea... but meron pong monthly and annual paid vacation leave benefits... please refer below...
1) for workplace with 20 or more regular workers (under 40-hrs workweek system), workers are entitled for 15-days annual paid leave... however the 1-day monthly paid leave was removed for this workplace category only...
2) for workplace with 5 ~ 19 regular workers (under 44-hrs workweek system), workers are entitled for a 10-days annual paid leave only but at the same time they must also be given a 1-day monthly paid leave benefits...
NOTES:
1) companies with below 5 regular workers including Koreans, hindi po obliged to give a paid leave benefits to their workers...
2) Korean version of Monthly Paid Leave System is 월차유급휴가
3) Korean version of Annual Paid Leave System is 연차유급휴가
4) kung hindi po kayo binigyan ng ganyang benefits, pwede po kayo magreklamo sa amo ninyo... if ayaw pa rin magbigay, you can file a petition at the Regional Labor Office directly covering your workplace.

d ba brod pag naka 3 yrs ka na ung tejikom mo makukuha mo 904,000 basic ko magkano makukuha ko 3x904,00...pano kung may o.t. ka sa last 3 months mo makukuha ko ba yun at ano naman sa hanguk yun..salamat uli

tama po kayo... makukuha po natin ang "toejigeum" if matatapos na po ang sojourn period natin at uuwi na ng Pinas (either for rehire or for good na)... makukuha din natin if tayo ay magpaparelrease considering that we have been working in the company for 1-year or more...
and regarding sa kung magkano ang dapat matatanggap mo, yung galing sa Samsung Insurance, ibibigay lang nila yung according to your basic salary and if may OT ka sa last 3-months, ang employer mo na ang magbabayad sa excess... "toejigeum" pa rin ang tawag dun sa dapat bayaran ng amo mo...
NOTE: yung ibibigay pala ng Samsung Insurance, magkasama na rin yung 400K won na binayaran mo noon para sa "Return Cost Insurance" mo... ibabalik din yun together sa "toejigeum" mo... kaya dapat i-deduct mo yun muna ang 400K saka mo pa i-confirm kung magkano talaga yung "toejiguem" na pumasok sa account mo then if merong kulang based on your computation, ang employer mo na ang magbabayad dun...
