What i mean is.........yong mga nakabalik na after ng three years contract, magbabayad ba ulit ng insurance .....yung 400,000 na binabayaran natin nung una?

kung may ibabayad din lang naman
magbayad na lang tau

sure din naman kazee tau

makukuha natin
kaya para sakin
magbayad na lang tau d b?...

mga kabayan,

tama po si kabayang mikEL...

that is a compulsory Insurance to be paid by all EPS workers newly hired or rehired... nakalagay po yan sa Foreign Workers Employment Act... it will be automatically deducted by Samsung Insurance Co. (400Kwon) at your bank account provided by your employer...

may mga cases na yung narerehire, hindi po nag auto-deduct ang Samsung Insurance kasi iba na ang employer na nagrerehire or yung nagpaparelease dati... so ang gagawin ninyo, sabihin ninyo sa current employer ninyo na ipaparegister kayo sa Samsung Insurance para makapagbayad ng Return Cost Insurance... anyway, makukuha nyo naman yan after your sojourn period...
