sir pwede po bang i reason sa pag pparelease ang walang kukmin? ano po ba ang mga valid reason?

hello shengzki,
yes... that is a valid reason because your employer has violated one of the insurance policies for foreign workers which is a mandatory membership for National Pension System (NPS)...

ito ang suggestion ko... sabihin mo sa amo na magpaparelease ka due to the said violation but if ayaw pumayag, you can visit regional Labor Office (Job Center) covering your workplace at dun ka mag-ask ng permision for change of workplace...

by the way, reminder lang po, mahirap po maghanap ng trabaho ngayon especially for the girls dahil sa ongoing global crisis... sana before ka magpaparelease, meron ka na prospects na pwede mong malipatan agad... marami na kasing nagpaparelease na naubos nalang ang 2-months limit at hindi pa nakakita ng trabaho... kaya umuwi nalang ng Pinas or nag TnT...
