tanung lang po sa agriculture category

tanung ko lang po.
yun bang per hour nang isang agriculture worker e 3770won po ba??
na di tulad sa manufacturing e 4000won..
tsaka 8hours din ba yung work nila aa day..
kasi yung pinsan ko 10hours or more paung work nila..
tsaka pag ot nila pag sunday mas mababa yung rate nila per hour..
pwede nyo ba alkong bigyan ng kaalaman tungkol sa agriculture category..
at kung sinu po pwedeng tawagan regarding po ditoo...
salamat po at godbless..

sorry for my late reply... so busy kasi the past couple of days... regarding sa tanong mo, please refer below...
1) Minimum Wage must be the same to all EPS workers regardless of industry (whether in Manufacturing, Agriculture, Fishery, or Construction industry). In other words, this years 4,000Won per hour wage is aplicable to all EPS workers regardless anong industry siya nagtrabaho...
2) Night-work allowance (working from 10:00 PM ~ 6:00AM) shall also be charged with additional 50% of your minimum wage per hour except for employers with less than 5-regular employees.
2) Provisions for monthly and annual paid leave also apply to any industries except for employers with less than 5-regular employees.
3) But rules on working hours, recesses and holidays stipulated in the Korean Labor Law do not apply to Agriculture, Fishery, and Construction industry. For example...
a) There is no distinction between regular working hours and overtime hours. In this case, hindi po mandatory ang employer to provide additional 50% salary even if you are working more than 8-hrs a day or working during Saturdays or Sundays.
b) Hindi mandatory ang amo ninyo to register you in Samsung Insurance for your "toejigeum". Only NPS and Health Insurance are mandatory.
c) Hindi mandatory ang employer to give you 1-hr lunch break for every 8-hrs work. That's why yung iba 30-minutes break lang...
