ask lang po about accident insurance

Good day po.
i would like to asked if meron ba akong makukuha sa insurance kasi last month Feb 12 po naaksidente ako sa company.Naipit ang right index finger ko sa bending machine. then dinala ako sa hospital then it was found out na nadislocated at fractured yung upper joint ng right index finger. And by the next day feb.13 inoperahan ako para maibalik at ma-align yung fractured na buto. tinanong ko na rin sa company namin sa in-charge if meron daw ba insurance at sabi daw wala.
SAbi naman ng mga kasama ko at mga kakilala ko meron daw.ask lang po ako ng help kasi matagal na kayo dito at sana mabigyan nyo ako ng idea kung paano.thanks ..

if hindi po na-disable ang finger mo (naputol or hindi na makagalaw for life) wala po kayong mareceive na "Disability Benefit"... you can only receive "Medical Care Benefit" and "Wage Replacement Benefit"...

by the way, ilang days ka ba na admit sa hospital at hindi nakapagwork? ano na ba ang status sa index finger mo?

if your absences due to incident have reached 4 days or more, you can receive 70% of your average wage as replacement salary kahit hindi ka nagwork from the Accident Insurance...but if less than 4-days absent only, your employer must pay the said 70% to you...

yung sa medical mo naman, lahat sagot po yan ng Accident Insurance under "Medical Care Benefit"
