ano po ang OEC? Saan po 2 magagamit ng mga balik manggagawa? Kailangan bang kunin sa POLO ung OEC...thanks

hi haejin,

OEC means Overseas Employment Certificate which serve as an Exit Clearance (which includes POEA processing fee, OWWA membership fee, and Medicare Coverage Premium) for all OFWs bago makaalis ng Philippines... this is applicable sa mga first timer OFWs, OFW na nagbabakasyon (balik-manggagawa) including re-hired EPS workers in Korea...

in Korea, if ikaw ay may plan na magbakasyon sa Pinas, pwede kana makakuha ng OEC at the Phil. Embassy in Seoul provided that yung visa mo ay may stamp na ng re-entry... mas advantage po ito if malayo kayo sa POEA offices in Phillipines at makaiwas din po kayo sa mahabang dun...

sa mga EPS naman na na-rehired, malabo po kayo na makakuha dito ng OEC kasi one of the basic requirements to get the OEC is your new working visa... so dun nalang talaga sa POEA in the Philippines kayo makakuha right after you got your new working visa...
