tanong ko lang po kung pwede po ba i process ang paper's ko regarding my kookmin in any branch of samsung???? Very Happy ...
kasi po dito po ako sa jeollanamdo, di ko alam kung saan ang samsung office dito, pero mas madali po sa akin kung sa seoul ko ipapa process ang paper's ko regarding kookmin. kasi mas kabisado ko po doon. kasi po malapit na akong umuwi at kukuha na rin po ako ng ticket sa hyewa para isang lakad nalang po kung sakali man. : Cool

pwede po kahit saang branch... and if mahirapan ka pa rin pumunta ng Samsung Insurance office, pwede ka rin sa Labor Office (Job Center) or sa HRD Korea office magfile... Thanks.

sa samsung ko rin ba makukuha ang tegikom? at may makukuha ba ako na tegikom kasi dalawa lang kami na EPS na naka rehistro sa kompanya, at yong iba TNT na po?

kabayan,

i doubt if meron ka "toejigeum" kasi less than 5 lang pala kayo na regular employers dyan... if less than 5 kasi, hindi compulsory ang employer to register your Departure Guarantee Insurance sa Samsung Insurance Company... try mo lang magfile, baka meron... or try to ask your employer first if niregister ba niya kayo... it's better you go to Labor Office which has a jurisdiction sa company nyo to file your "toejigeum"...

yung "kukmin" dapat meron kayo kasi kahit isang worker lang, mandatory ang employer to register his worker sa NPS...
