6 months na po yung friend ko sa food company na pinapasukan nya. Maliit po ang sweldo 770,000 lang po ang sweldo nya per month. wala po kasing ot at pasok ng saturday. malaki po ang utang na binabayaran nya sa pinas, pwede po ba nyang idahilan ang ganito para marelease?
at magpalit ng company.

kabayan,
yung 770,000 won na salary niya, after any deductions na ba yan such as NPS contribution, Health Insurance, & Employment Tax or hindi pa?

based on 2009 Minimum Wage, ang basic salary per month under 40-hrs workweek system (without 4-hrs Sat. work) ay 836,000 won.

if ang salary niya ay less than the said minimum wage, he/she has a valid reason na magparelease...
