hello sau admin! ask lng sana ko nu na hapen sa kukimin ntin,nu na po latest? kc nitong nkaraang araw my lumabas na news bout dun sa stimulus package ni gloria.and kukunin ata din yun fund ng sss/kaya ayun naalarma n nmn aq,july p kc uwi ko sir admin. w8ng for ur repliy sir...tnx!

mga kabayan...wag kau mag alala at were still getting our kukmin sa ating account dahil nasa senate pa rin ang agreement na un for ratification..kaya theres no reason for us to be worried...hanggat hindi nararatifeid ang bi-lateral agreement na un patuloy ang kukmin natin makukuha..salamat

mga kabayan,

sorry for my late reply... so busy lang lately in preparing for our SULYAP Newsletter February issue...

tama po si sir neon... until now, the senate are so busy with other neverending issues (left and right corruption and politics) in our country...

hindi pa nila priority to review and ratify the NPS-SSS agreement... and considering that 2010 National Election is coming, it is expected na mas lalong tatagal ang pagreview nila on the said NPS-SSS agreement...

so for now, we can still get our NPS lump-sum refund after our sojourn period... habang tatagal ang senate review, it's better for EPS workers...

ang OEC or Overseas Employment Certificates will serve as an exit clearance for all OFWs going abroad... this is a mandatory requirement for the first timer OFW and all OFWs in vacation...

pag-uwi nyo sa Pinas, bago kayo babalik ng Korea, you have to apply for an OEC at POEA office in Cebu or Manila but ngayon pwede ka na kumuha ng OEC sa Philippine Embassy in Seoul bago ka uuwi for vacation as your easier option...

but before ka kukuha ng OEC sa embassy dapat yung visa mo ay meron ng tatak na re-entry from the Korean Immigration...

sa mga rehired, malabo po na makakuha sa Phil. Embassy in Seoul kasi ang mga uuwi wala pang working visa... so doon nalang sa POEA Phil. talaga kukuha after you get your visa...

at present workers from Philippines can legally come to Korea and work for a Korean employer under E-9 Visa (EPS) or E-7 Visa (Special Occupation)...

For E-9, you cannot come to Korea if you cannot take and pass KLT exam kahit meron pang employer na kukuha sayo...

For E-7 naman, it is possible unless yung type of work needed by the hiring company needs skills and expertise where it made difficult to hire Korean workers... And the applicants must show related experiences for the said job they are applying for... In this case no need na ang KLT exam...

Sir, ask ko lng poh approved na po ba na wla na pong free food and accomodation? Kc mar 1yr na po kami i-renew kami ng company namin pero kakaltasan na daw po kami pra sa food and accomodation. Pls sir pakilinaw po sa akin stand ng Govt. natin regarding d2, pumirma na po ba tayo sa ganung set-up? Pls we do need ASAP info abt this ....Tnx! God bless!!!

although wala pa po tayong official announcement from POLO about this issue, but we got an initial information na tuloy po ang abolition of free food and accomodation for EPS workers at SAD TO SAY na wala pong nagawa ang Phil. Negotiating Team to block the said condition for the reason na posibleng hindi na raw mabigyan ng new quota of EPS workers ang Philippines kasi yung ibang sending countries like Vietnam, China, and others ay hindi rin nagreklamo... if we push to get free food and accomodation, baka doon nalang sila kukuha ng workers sa ibang countries...

pero it would still depend on the employers... may ibang employers would still give free food and accomodation...

by the way, magkano po ba ang gagawing deduction sa inyo? it's up po sa inyo sa inyo kabayan kung tatanggapin piprmahan nyo ang new contract nyo or lilipat nalang po kayo ng ibang employer in case lugi po talaga kayo...

One thing more sir ...is there no other way i could change my status as E9-4 visa holder to other E9 visas available for us under EPS........coz its a very restrictive visa for those people having more skills and working only in agriculture with no skills required at all......sorry for these words its just my personal opinion.....and again tnx for the info sir....!

sa pagkakaalam ko, ang KLT exam result po ang basis for an EPS worker to get work in an agriculture, fisheries, and construction industries rather than manufacturing industry...

kung ang visa nyo po ay na-belong for agriculture industries, hindi po kayo pwede lumipat sa manufacturing industry... yan po kasi ang policy ng Korean Labor for foreign workers under EPS...

you can only work in a manufacturing industry unless you take and pass KLT exam and get hired again considering your KLT exam score is qualified for manufacturing industry...
