sir,hindi ako pauwiin ng employer ko.contenues na raw ako dito 5yrs,kung ma aprobahan man yon,makukuha ko ba ang kukmin ko sa loob ng tatlong taon na inuukol ko dito sa pagtatrabaho na kahit contenues ako dito na hindi na ako mag exit o umuwi sa pinas?:makukuha ko po ba?

friend umuwi ka na lang muna,one month lang naman para makasiguro ka sa kukmin mo , mahirap na baka pera na maging bato pa,,nabasa ko rin d2 na wala pang final na desisyon na mag22loy na tayo ng 5years , ingat and GOD BLESS

kabayan,
if ma-approve ang 5-yrs sojourn period, that means hindi na kailangan ang rehire even after your 3-yrs sojourn kasi may 2-yrs extension pa... in that case, hindi mo muna ang makuha ang kukmin or NPS lump-sum refund mo... thank you...

need ka talgang umuwi para makuha mo twegicom mo...
at wala pa o hindi o hindi pa nan approveban yugn 5 years ,gaya ng sinasabi ng amo mo...
kaya para makuha mo ang twegicom mo ,kookmin,etc....
uwi ka na muna sa pinas....

please take note yung Return Cost Insurance na 400k won ay magkaiba po sa Daparture Guarantee Insurance or "toejigeum"... pero magkasabay po yan na i-deposit ng Samsung Insurance Company sa bank account ninyo...

if marami po kayong OT sa last 3-months of your work before kayo uuwi ng Pinas, expected meron din po kayong makukuhang "toejigeum" sa employer ninyo... paki-refer nalang po sa formula na makikita ninyo under EPS: Things You Need To You Section...
