apat po kami sa kongjang,alternate po ang pasok nmin.tapos no work no pay po ang nangyayari sa min.ano po ang magnda naming gawin?maraming salamat po!!

kabayan,
do you mean, apat lang talaga kayo sa company nyo at wala ng ibang regular workers? kasi pag less than 5 lang po kayo, very limited ang mga benefits ninyo... hindi po kayo maka-avail ng paid leave and at mahirap po ilaban ang 70% salary if no work...

hanggang kailan po ba ang temporary shutdown ng company nyo? hanap kayo ng ibang company na pwede malipatan bago kayo magpaparelease kasi meron nagparelease agad pero hindi naman nakahanap ng ibang company within 2-months so ang resulta, umuwi nalang o kayay nag-tnt nalang with no choice...
