about dun sa tegicom... ano ba pa yung icocompute dun?? yung amount na wala pangkaltas o yung mismong amount na natanggap namin na suweldo?? kasi dba may mga deductin pa,specially kung minsan may "KABUL" o bale kami sa company.... thanks... Very Happy

yung sinasabi ko sa sample computation, ang gross salary means wala pang kaltas... in other words you have to use in the computation the gross salary... thanks.

thanks misterdj, nalinawan po kami ng mga kasama ko ngayon...

Pahabol na tanong lang sir, bale kasi yung pinasok namin ng january... sasahurin namin pagdating ng february 15.... Paano po f halimbawa nagstart ako ng april2007-april2009... Tama po ba na yung january-march na pinasok ko ang icocompute ko for tegicom????

Pasensya na sir..... Gusto lang po naming masagot lahat ng aming mga katanungan Very Happy

if kayo po ay aalis ng April 30, 2009, Feb. ~ April salaries po ang gamitin mo sa computation... in case April 15, then you must use 15-days as divisor for the month of April then for Feb. and March, you must use the total number of days in that months (like Feb. is 28 days and March is 31 days)...

HINDI PO TOTOO YAN! tuloy pa rin ang re-hire as long as may employer na magrerehire sa inyo... hindi po tayo basta nalang maniwala sa mga balibalita na hindi tayo sigurado sa source... ang Ministry of Labor (MOL) lang ang may legal authority to give any official announcements related to Korean Labor Law/Policy updates... thanks!
