Kumusta po?Ask ko lang po kung totoo ung balita na lahat ng matatapos ng 3yrs this march 2009 onwards ay hindi napo makakabalik?Kahit po daw ire-hire (complete documents) ka ng company because of crisis???Tnx & more power SULYAPINOY....

kabayan, HINDI PO TOTOO YAN... actually I just talked with Labor Representative thru phone 3-days ago and they said that new quota for new EPS applicants for the year 2009 will be released this coming February. and this new quota will not affect the rehire/reemployment policy...

so, huwag po tayo maniwala agad sa mga bali-balita na walang basehan kung saan galing... ang Ministry of Labor or the Philippine Embassy lang ang authorized to give official announcements regarding new Korean Labor policy... and FEWA-SULYAPINOY is always trying its best to verify the said offices before giving any announcements here in our website and newsletter...

tnx po...pahabol po sa tanong ko,ongoing pa rin po ba ang pag-papauwi ngaun?especially po sa mga kasamahan ko na matatapos ang visa sa march???GOD BLESS

unless hindi pa approve ang 5-years sojourn, tuloy po ang one month vacation sa Pinas if i-rehire po kayo sa employer nyo... as of this week, hindi pa po approve ang 5-years sojourn... if sakaling ma-approve na, we will immediately inform you here... thanks...
