hello! wanna ask somebody who has a knowledge about the information i got from my friend, 22o po ba na lahat ng uuwi ng starting this january e sa sss na daw ihuhulog ang ating kukmin? sana po kun cno man my enough knowledge please reply me.maraming pong salamat!

hindi po totoo ang information na yan... please take note ang NPS-SSS agreement hindi pa po ratified ng Philippine Senate at ayon po ng POLO, nasa ika-16th po ang priority rank ng NPS-SSS among all treaties to be reviewed and aproved by the Phil. Senate.

i have heard na ang NPS representative ng NPS office daw po ang nagsabi na starting January next year hindi na po daw makukuha ang NPS lump-sum refund natin... huwag po tayo maniwala dahil hindi po pwede ma-implement ang NPS-SSS agreement unless hindi po na-ratified ng Phil. Senate...

more so, granting po na i-ratify talaga ng senate (huwag naman sana)... hindi po immediately mag-take effect ang agreement... we have to count pa for up to 3-months from date of its effectivity at saka pa mag-take effect o hindi na makuha ang NPS lump-sum refund natin...

sana po my explanation will give you peace of mind now at sa iba pang mga kababayan natin... thanks po...
