recontract processing problem

sir reeve good evening, isa akong eps na sinabihan ng amo na erehire, pinabili na ako ng ticket round trip,matapos ang 3 years ko this dec.23, 2008 yesterday pumunta na kami ng labor at nagsign ng new contract,tapos ngayon dated dec.3 kinuha ang alien card at passport ko dalhin daw ng amo ko sa immigration para eprocess, tapos ibinalik sa akin ngayong gabi, tapos sabi hindi daw puede, subukan lng nya daw uli sa friday, esubmit.. ang tanong ko po, may oras paba para sa pagprocess ng visa ko.o hindi lng cguro nya alam ang processo, ano ba ang dabat kong gawin?hindi rin kac kami magkaintindihan sa ibang salita.thanks please give me an advice, what shall i do para macguro na maeprocess na yung rehiring ko..rgds to sulyapinoy ang morepower!!!

1) signed standard labor contract
2) application for re-remployment (meron ata form to be filled-up)
3) certificate of business registration of the business owner (amo mo)
4) your alien card
5) your passport
6) plane ticket (one way or round trip)
-->after submitting those documents above to the Job Center, the Job Center will review all documents and give you and your employer each copy of "certificate of re-employment" signifying that you're already approved for re-hire (normally max. of 7-days ang processing bago kayo mabigyan ng certificate of re-remployment).
-->also, ang Job Center na ang mag notify sa immigration (Ministry of Justice) and HRD Korea para mai-process ang "Certificate of Visa Issuance" or CVI or yung tinatawag natin na "secret number" for your visa application at Korean Embassy in the Philippines but in most cases you will receive the CVI after 3-weeks. in that case nasa Pinas kana. ang employer mo nalang mag-advise sayo if available na ang CVI. and after one month from the date na umuwi ka, pwede ka na pumunta sa Korean Embassy sa Makati for visa application (dalhin mo ang passport, certificate of re-employment, and CVI).

good evening once again sir reeve, sagot ko lng po sa tanong mo, tungkol sa nagparelease, oo po narelease nko dati, isang beses lng,furniture kasi ako dati sobrang bigat ang buhatan doon ilang lingo lng ako doon, dito na ako nagtagal sa paper printing... kulang nga ako ng isang buwan sa 3 yrs. ko dito sa present company ko. thanks a lot!!!

Kht ilan released kp pwede ma rehire kung gusto ng new employer mo
Need lng rquiremnts at submit sa Employment Security Center ( Goyong Anjong Senta)
Need mo lng madala sa Pinas ay ang Certificate of Re-employment para sa POEA requirment
Sa Korean embassy need lng passport, fill-out form duon, I.d picture, bayad sa Visa.
Ang Certificate of Confirmation for Visa Issuance( CCVI) un rin tinatawag na Control Number ay no need na dalhin kung cgurado ka rehire at approved na sa labor kc alam na nla dun sa embassy if rehired kna

baka ma-misinterpret nyo ang sinabi ni sir reeve... hindi po pwede na kahit ilang release ka, pwede ka pa rin ma-rehire...
meron po nangyari na naka-apat na siyang release... inaprove pa rin ng labor ang pang-apat na release nya but during rehire sablay na siya... so huwag na huwag kayo basta nalang magparelease...
take note... hanggang 3-times lang pwede magparelease... salamta po!

Hello po. thanks po sa mga info na sinishare nyo dito sa sulyapinoy. btw, magtatanong din po ako kung ano pwede ko gawin.
Bale, re-hire din po ako tpos binigyan na ako ng copy of "Cert.Of Re-employment" last Dec.05,2008 ng anak ng sajangnim nmin kc sya din nagprocess ng papers ko for re-entry. Ang date of sojourne ko po ay sa Jan.06,2009 nakalagay sa plane ticket ko po. Sa ngaun po Dec.07,2008(to be exact) nasa kanya pa po yung passport ko tska yung aliencard plus a xerox copy of plane ticket.
Ang worry ko lng po sa ngaun ay about sa mga refund ko like kookmin, tigikom tska 400,000 kc after nya ako mabigyan ng copy ng "Cert. Of Re-employment ay wala pa sya nababanggit kung kelan i-process ang mga refundables above kc sabi nya yung company na lng daw magprocess para di ako magabsent work.
Ano po ba pwede ko gawin sa ngaun magantay lng po ba muna ako? Yung bank account ko di ko pa naibigay sa knya.
Tska kung employer po ba ang magprocess ng mga refundables pano ang pirma namin as a requestor for refund?

Kabayan, Follow up mo na lng sa office nyo para at least alam ninyo ang status with regards to your kukmin kailangan ang appearance sa NPS ng claimant so please inform ur boss too...wla nmn cla due date ng filing as long as complete ang requirements mo & before ka flight dapat nakapag file ka na ng lahat ng yan....
please be guided of the following requirements
Kukmin & Return Cost Insurance: plane ticket,bank account (pinas or here)passport,alien card all photocopy

salamat po sa impormasyon kabayan marzy. By the way, if sakali po na ako na lang ang magprocess ng kukmin, return cost insurance, tigikom. saan po ba ang malapit na filing ng kukmin at yung return cost insurance? Yung area ko po malapit sa Suwon Si.
Pwede po ba makahingi ng exact adress? if sakali po kc this week ko i-process habang maaga pa.

i think makakatulong ang link na yan sa iyo kabayan.. please be informed also that the filing of NPS is separate from your toejikum & return cost insurance...toejikum and return cost can be filed from regional offices of labor ...

sir, tanong lang po ako last month(Oct.)tinanong ako ng amo ko kung matapos ko ang 3years(Feb.26,2009) ko sa kompanya kung magtratrabaho pa raw ba ako uli sa kanya ang sagot ko po ay oo sagot naman nya okei kaso ang pinagaalala namin ay January na po hanggang ngaun ala pa rin clarification kung sure ung re hire ko sa kanya kung tutuusin dalawa kami na matatapos dito sa kumpanya ung isa kung kasamahan ni minsan hindi sya tinanong ng katulad na ginawa sa akin ng amo ko. sir ano po ba ang dapat namin gawin okei lang po ba na pumunta kami sa opisina nya para maclaro un rehire namin sa kompanya di ba makakaepekto un sa rehire namin na baka wla sa mood ung amo namin ay mapurnada pa un rehire namin.umaasa sa maagap na kasagutan sa tanong namin..JONATHAN MARILAO BEJAR AT JOEL PARINAS SANTIAGO..salamat po

for me walang problema ang plano nyo... pwede nyo i-followup ang amo nyo about sa rehire nyo... be polite when you approach him nalang... pwede nyo sabihin na "kumusta na po yung rehire nyo... matutuloy ba... hindi ba affected ang company sa current economic slowdown ng Korea...tapos sabihin nyo na dapat 1-month before the end of your sojourn ay ma-iprocess na ang rehire nyo" yan siguro pwede na yan...
suggestion ko lang yan ha...
