1) yung date na "until 1/26/2009" that means na dapat makahanap ka ng new employer on or before that date (total of 2-months yan) or else you will be deported or mag TnT ka nalang...

2) "YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, HOWEVER , SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO MANAGEMENT AFFAIRS DIVISION TO THIS OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS" ito naman, you have to report to the job center within14 days from the date of your release (bring your release paper) para makakuha ka ng approval to look for new employer...
