question regarding Kukmin Empty question regarding Kukmin

Tanong lang po ulit! Nung 1st year namin as EPS ang kaltas po samin sa Kukmin ay 49000 won nung unang taon namin tapos sumunod na taon ay ginawa nalang nila 31000 won tama po ba yun. Di ba dapat tumaas yun hindi bumaba. Kasi meron din share na equal sa contribution namin . Hanggang ngayon n ika 3 years ko n 31000 won parin kaltas namin. Pwede ba ako magreklamo sa NPS?

kabayan,
may changes ba sa basic salary nyo in the 2nd year? or yung workweek system nyo baka nagchanged to 40-hours work system in which yung Sat. work nyo ay OT na... in that case yung basic salary nyo ay lumiit din... so baka yan ang dahilan why yung contribution nyo ay lumiit din dahil ang computation ng NPS contribution natin ay based on basic salary...

one more thing, yung 31,000 na kaltas nyo (yung nakalagay sa payslip nyo), may katumbas yan na same amount from employer... you better contact any NPS regional office for further confirmation... please refer to our portal page (NPS Guidelines Corner)...

Tumataas ang basic salary namin every year. kaya nga nagtataka kami kung bakit lumiliit ang kaltas samin ng Kukmin. Tapos hindi lang 44 hours ang work week namin, 48 pa nga po. And another thing pa po ay hindi Sunday dayoff namin,depende pa sa KongJangChang namin kung what day. Kasi 24 hours wala patayan makina. Bakasyon lang pinapatay makina namin.

as i have said, basic salary po nagbased ang computation ng NPS contribution... you better tell me your basic salary... hindi po naka-depende sa OT nyo... tell me your basic salary yung nasa contract nyo... and i'll help you confirm if tama po ba ang monthly contribution nyo... thanks.

kabayan,
pls. refer below computation for NPS monthly contribution based on 4.5% of your basic salary...

1st year po - 700,600 (31,527won)
2nd year - 786,000 (35,370won)
3rd year - 852,000 (38,340won)

you can contact the NPS and clarify the reasons why your contribution does not follow the standard computation... baka may iba pang mga special conditions... thank you.
