hello po sa lahat...malapit n akong mag-1 year at balak ko after my contract eh hanap ako ng ibang company; tanong ko lng kung nescessary ba n bigyan k ng authorization ng employer mo or puede kang lumipat without thier consent?humihingi lng ng second opinion.................tnx
add'l....... regarding din po s tanong ni jinijeum about if may makukuha n tijikum s samsung...pagkakaalam ko po eh un ung binayaran ng almost 400000kwon plus interest and alang kinalaman ang employer(departure guarantee insurance) tanong lng po nd pakiclarify po...

hello kabayan,
1) it is necessary to inform your employer (as much as possible, 1 month before your 1-year contract ends) about your plan na hindi ka na mag-rerenew at ikaw ay magpaparelease. kahit yan ay end of your 1-year contract, the labor office still want the consent of your employer before you can look for new employer.
2) yung 400,000 won na sinabi mo naman, yan ang tinatawag natin na "Return Cost Insurance and Trust" that was mandatory paid by an EPS worker thru salary deduction at it is totally different from the "Departure Guarantee Iinsurance" or "toejigeum". Matatanggap mo rin yan after your 3-yrs sojourn together with your "toejiguem" thru Samsung Insurance.

And eto pa, wala pong interest ang 400,000won. Kung nag bayad ka ng 400,000won ganun din ang ma-receive mo after your 3-years sojourn.
