2 yrs n po a ko tnt at base s expirience q ang hirap po naisip ko kung susurrender po b q at gsto q bumalik dto as legal EPS possible po b yun? same name p rin ggmitin q d b mbablacklist name q dto s korea? help nmn po?

Magandang araw po sa inyo cutegrace! Kung nais po ninyong mag voluntary exit. kayo po ay hindi maba blacklist at maari pa rin kayong makabalik dito bilang isang legal na manggagawa gamit ang inyong sariling pangalan. Pwede rin po kayong mag inquire sa ating embahada para sa karagdagang impormasyon

hindi ka na makabalik sa korea pag uuwi ka pag ikaw ay illegal worker. yan ang totoo. sinabi yan ng taga-poae dati. hindi ka bibigyan ng visa ng korean embassy sa pinas pag malaman nila na undocumented ka sa korea.

Voluntary leavers will be included in the roster of jobseekers and may re-enter Korea after six months from their departure date. The worker will also be allowed to return to his previous work upon the request of the employer.
Affected workers shall go to the Employment Security Center nearest their workplace and ask for a recommendation letter. Two copies of the recommendation letter shall be presented at the airport’s immigration counter upon departure for the Philippines. A copy of the letter shall be submitted to POEA for registration.

maganda pala kung makakabalik sila ulit ng legal.ang sabi kasi sa POEA pag SUMURENDER ka daw ng may amnesty yun makakabalik.pero matagal na kasi un 2005 pa sinabi pag apply namin dito.maganda yan kung pwede na.gud luck sa inyo mga kababayan TNT.

kabayan ang alam ko po basta pag nag voluntary exit ka pwede ka pang makabalik dito na ang gamit mo ang yong name mo pa din kase ganyan yong ginawa nung nakilala ko sa philippines embassy nung nag renew ako ng passport .basta para sure tawag ka sa philembassy or punta ka don.ingat and God Bless.

waaaaaaa. di ka na makakabalik , not unless na me recomendation paper at talagang suerte ka, sa screening palang pag nalaman na dati kang t.n.t. minus points agad yon. payo ko sayo you're here why not make the most of it not unless na t.n.t kang walang trabaho.
