As you all know, SULYAPINOY has gained a lot of members during the past days/weeks and one reason is the inclusion of the webradio station solely broadcasted by a single person here in South Korea. But due to the nature of the status and legal requirements of broadcasting online, the SULYAPINOY Board of Publication have decided to put a legal disclaimer on the webradio station posted here in our forum.

Legal Disclaimer

Let it be known that Sulyap FM (webradio station current name) and SULYAPINOY, the official publication of Filipino EPS Workers Association (FEWA) are not in any way connected directly or indirectly with each other. There has been no business transaction either written or verbal condition that exist. SULYAPINOY has only embedded the said webradio station to attract more members for its forum. Let it be known also that a request to drop the Sulyap FM station name has been made and that as of this writing Sulyap FM will be changed into another name that will be announced later by the webradio jockey.

SULYAPINOY is neither responsible nor liable of any violations that the webradio station maybe made. In this regards, the webradio station is currently doing its responsibilities to acquire the right permits and licenses to continuously provide you with a better online radio services. SULYAPINOY will continue to relay its broadcast services on its forum website until given a formal notice requesting to halt the said activity by any legal institutions and/or organizations involving/dealing with broadcasting licenses.

The webradio station will soon to have its own website for inquiries and other related stuff regarding the station.
