mainly naka focus lang sila sa korean employees

-Spreading merit-based open-minded employment practices
-Improving the employment situation actually felt by young people
-Helping companies extend employment of aged workers voluntarily
-Supporting job transfers and re-employment of the aged
-Increasing opportunities for the aged to make social contributions
-Expanding the holiday and leave system for working women
-Promoting workplace-based childcare facilities in SMEs
-Removing gender-based discrimination
-Increasing jobs for the disabled
-Fostering a competitive workforce
-Reducing long working hours
-Improving wage systems
-Decent part-time jobs
-Promoting cooperation on human resources development
-Symbiotic occupational safety and health
-Expanding labor welfare at SMEs
-Removing the blind spot not covered by social insurance
-Helping workers get back to work through training
-Ensuring compliance with basic labor standards
-Jobs without discrimination
-Ensuring that the Paid Time-Off System and the Multiple Unions System take root
-Preventive conflict management
