[i]thanks poh!mga kabayan ko jan sa korea...ask ko lang if posible ba na magbigay ang company jan ng 'working visa' if ang employee ay manggaling rito sa phil. at hindi na daraan sa poea.,for example may magrecomend lang sa kanila.....if this possible?????

di po posible yon..kahit po direct hire ka..dapat ka pa rin dumaan sa poea..kung engineer ka..pwede kang magdirect hire...pero kung non skilled labor like eps...kailangan mo talaga magapply sa poea,,by next year magpaexam yata ..so maginquire ka and magprepare na rin...bka sakali makapunta ka sa korea..try lang...and always pray..

pwede pa rin bang mag aaply ngayon kahit after more than a year na napost itong announcement mo?paano po ba ang procedure sa pagpalit from E9 to E7?

E-7 Special Activity Visa

This E-7 visa is reserved for all other special activities that are specially designated by the Ministry of Justice. Therefore, if you are going to be working for a domestic, Korean company and you possess certain skills or knowledge that are unavailable in the Korean domestic market, such as foreign attorneys and tax accountants,engineeers, IT, overseas business supports, etc then this E-7 visa is probably for you. It should be noted that E-7 visa is generally granted for only those positions that are difficult to fill with domestic Korean employees due to the shortage of Korean workers.

The documents that must be submitted are:

a. applicant’s passport;
b. completed application form with passport-sized photograph;
c. letter of invitation from the local company confirming the purpose of the applicant’s employment in Korea;
d. copy of diploma or certificate of qualification of applicant;
e. employment reference by the Minister of the relevant Ministry;
f. employment contract;
g. documents relating to the establishment of public or private organizations, including a certified copy of the company registration or business entity certificate, etc. of the local company;
h. affidavit of support from the local company duly notarized by a Notary Public of Korea; and
i. resume or personal work history of applicant.

tns sir emart for te info..my frend is a trainee before under D-3, work here for quite long years already, since she was a gud employee in the company, nabigyan po sya ng e-7 visa with the help of the sajang, mahirap po makakuha ng ganitong visa as i told before meron po interview sa immigration.. pero as long as u still ahve gud records and gusto ka pa rin mag work ng boss nyo. makakakuha po kau nito..tnx...

Sa ngayon ay wala pa me naririnig or nabalitaan na pasok ang E9 to convert to E7 pero malay natin na magbago ang law ng immigration in the near future. Yung sinasabi ni airlinehunk ay may possibility but not yet proven kasi wala pa naka try or succeded in that conversion of visa.

Nag renew kami now ng 14 EPS workers namin on their 6th year contract so I asked my HR manager to inquire about possibility if we can continue hire them after their 6yrs stay thru E7 Visa but our HR manager said that the immigration officer has no comment about his inquiry so probably we will get fresh EPS workers around 30 EPS male in Phils by Aug next year.

Just in case na may mabalitaan din kayo na nakapag convert ng E9 to E7 visa na ang work ay sa production pa rin ay inform me immediately. Sa kabilang thread may nag inquire sa akin about his case na gagawin syang overseas sales staff so plan nya mag convert from E9 to E7, pwede yun. But production workers using E7 visa ay wala pang linaw.

Surely ang nilagay sa documents ng sajang ay office worker sya or production engineer support or with special skills just to receive E7 Visa but not as ordinary production worker.

May nakilala me na may offer sa kanya na E7 Visa pero ang work ay production worker at may placement fee sya na 2M won. Thru agency sya. Dalawa pa nga na agency connected. 1 in Phils & 1 in Korea.

hi sir emart, she is a trainee before then become one of the head leader of the pinoy group and also the interpreter/counselor of the group,,kaya nabigyan sya ng e7 tru the sajang of the company, i interveiw the person, as she sed po,,una, work hardly and flexibly, kahit mababa ang sahod noon or delayed sometime, she still work and no complains...and now as she sed she didnt expect that the sajang may give her a e7 visa..matagal na rin po sya e7 dito sa korea.. ganyan kagaling ang pinoy..tnx po.....

Yun ang special skill nya as interpreter...and since she is also a councelor of the group ay pasok na sya bilang HR assistant role. Madalang lang or baka hindi pa kayang gawin ng mga Koreano yan interpreter na work na yan which is one of the criteria. I think that's the reason why the immigration allowed her E7 Visa.

Just like jubi_lopez, gusto ko din pong mag-work sa S. Korea. Fresh graduate pa lang po ako ng A.B. Psychology. Even before I graduated college, I've been reading and researching a lot of possibilities to go to S. Korea. I got my passport now and I also have a visa application form. I know that very little lang siguro ang chance na makapasok ako sa S. Korea since hindi ganun ka-in demand ang Psychology graduates sa S. Korea compared to Engineers. But I still want to pursue my plan.

Anyway, I'm working now as a psychometrist in a Guidance and Counseling Office in a school here in Batangas. I really want to go to S. Korea.

I'm looking forward to many options.

1. Scholarship for a Master's degree (pero mukhang mahirap pa at matagal ito... i'm still waiting for the Korean Government Scholarship Program 2010)

2. EPS-KLT thru POEA (but I'm not sure if qualified ako or if malaki ang chance ko since majority ng work na hinahanap nila eh sa manufacturing industry and I think disadvantage din ang pagiging female ko. Tanong ko lang po, malaki din po ba ang chance ng mga female applicants to pass the EPS-KLT? nakita ko po kasi sa recent EPS-KLT passers list na puro lalaki ang nakapasa..

3. Tourist Visa (TNT po kumbaga. pero alam ko pong delikado at nakakatakot. May nakapagsabi po kasi sa akin na basta't makapasok ako sa S. Korea, madali na lang maghanap ng trabaho. Pero it's a risk talaga. It's my last resort siguro. Anyway, I think it's hard to be granted a Tourist Visa since mahigpit sila ngayon.

I hope you can help me have a clearer view regarding jobs and visa opportunities to S. Korea.

By the way, I know the basics of Korean language now. I can read Hangul and I can speak the basics. However, I don't have any certificate of Korean Language Proficiency and the like. I just studied it by myself.

mam may be next year ay magpaexam ang hrd korea sa atin..kaya be alert ka..at marami tayong kababayan na nagaabang nyan..kung college graduate ka at magaplly ka as eps..need ka ng 1 year experienced sa manufacturing sa atin..so kahit konting experienced ay need moyan..sa ngayon yan muna option mo..kasi ilang buwan na lang pwede na silang magannounce ..tsaka mo na isipin ang magtourist para mag tnt ..kasi risk agad yon..dahil crackdown at mas maganda kung legal kasi para na rin sa yo..anumang oras gusto mong magbakasyon ay makakauwi ka.basta papayagan ka ng amo mo..always visit poea website ,,kasi nagpost sila don pag magpaexam na..continue mo lang ang studys mo..dahil pakikinabangan mo yan in the future..at im sure magbubunga yang pagtyatyaga mo kasi desidido ka talaga

mam para sakin yung option na eps ang ipursue mo...sa ngayon nagaaral kn nmn at maybe nextyear ay magpatake ng klt ang hrd korea..so be ready..kasi madami ang nagabang nyan kaya agapan mo na..pagcollege graduate need 1 year experience sa work..mas maganda kung sa factory...yung tanong mo naman na kung may possibility ang babae na makuha...ang sagot ko ay oo..madami nga ang natawagang lalaki..pero may mga babae pa rin na natatawagan..always visit poea website ..don sila nagpost ng mga latest news about eps..yung mga may employer na..at pati step by step procedure ng pagaaply..and magparegister ka na pala sa eregister sa poea..para tawagan ka nalang if ever qualified ka...pag may tanong ka pa..dont hesitate at marami tayong kababayan na willing sumagot sa yo..i hope makarating ka din dito..magkalapit lang tayo.ako ay taga calamba laguna.....good luck

by the way, san po kayo sa calamba? my dad is working at a japanese-filipino manufacturing company sa laguna.. he tried the EPS-KLT before but because of his age, he was disqualified.

pag nag eregister ka na ..at pinili mo ang bansang south korea..ay isasala na don kung qualified ka as applicant..kaya mas maganda mag try ka na magwork sa manufacturing kahit at least one year..need nila yan e...sa may apalaya ako....sa palingon ...sa poea satellite office ako nagparegister dati...at least hanggang 38 years old ang limit nila sa age pag pupunta ka ng korea...medyo mahigpit nga sila..try ka kahit electronics satin..o kahit na ano basta experience..kalimitan inspector nmn ang mga work ng babae..may mangilan ngilan na operator ..pero automatic naman...
