how to apply for G-1 visa or is it possible to apply for tourist visa when you already in korea

Just wanna share an experience lately I was an eps worker sakop ako ng 4 yrs and 10 months my visa will wxpire this feb 2 2012. Nag early exit ako last nov 6 2011 naayos kona lahat ng makukuha ko like return cost insurance na 400k won tegikum and kukmin, nakuha ko naarin ang tegikum at 400k return cost insurance natitira nalang is the kukmin which sabi ng samsung is dec 30 2011 ko mkukuha send nlang nila sa account ko, but when I exit sa incheon airport hindi ko binigay yung alien card ko I tol sa immigration officer babalik pako ng december 2011 so the immigration hindi kinuha ang alien card ko tinatakan lang ng exit. My plan is that if it is possible to go back to korea even if 2 months nalang visa ko since valid pa naman eh sabi sa immigration pwede pa. So i return on dec 2 2011 due to un expected reason I thought I wasn't gonna enter korea again coz of naayos kona lahat ng papers and nkuha kona mga benfits pero nakapasok parin ako and no problem sa immigration no more question ask bsta pagbigay ko ng alien card un the immigration officer tinatakan na passport ko so for those na nagtatanong kung makakabalik pa ng less than 6 months na visa heres the proof even if its just 2 months visa nkabalik parin ako and naayos kona lahat ng benefits na makukuha and recently my kukmin na transfer na sa easyone acount ko sa KEB even if andito pako sa korea.

Heres my question

Is there anyone here knows or tried applying for G-1 visa like mga medical problem I know one person but she is a vietnamese kaya hindi ko masyado maintindihan how she did it, pulpop saram it means illegal worker for about 10 yrs nagkaroon ng raid sa company eh tumalon sa bintana kya nagkaroon ng problem sa spinal cord or something at her back na hospital pa sya for a month tapos nakabalik sa company but her visa is G-1 ang nkatatak.
Just wanna ask ano po ba cover ng G-1 visa or if ever sa medical problem gaano po ito kalala para ma issuehan ng ganitong visa, Im asking this because If ever kahit anong medical problem eh pde mbigyan ng ganitong visa baka po pde ko ma try since I can simply dislocate my shoulder if i want to but of course it hurt but since madalas na sya ma dislocate I can easily return it just a few minutes but may pain parin though I know I can fake it and ask my company to send me to the hospital and fixed my injury then I will asked the hospital for certification para sa requirement just in case.

My 2nd question is it possible to apply for a tourist visa kahit nsa korea kana since matatapos na ang e9 visa ko para lang makapag gala sa korea for the remaining 3 months kasi may iba yata matatapos na visa nila but naaply nila ma extend ng 3 months and ang nkatatak sa visa is tourist visa for 3 mnths how do they do it? My visa is gonna end this feb 2 2012 ayaw ko naman mag tnt kahit sana ilang months para ma extend ang visa pampuhunan lang. If ever sa mga tnt how much napo ang fine pag nahuli or any updated law regarding sa undocumented foreign workers na nahuhuli?

mas maganda kong punta ka sa mga migrant center sila pwede mong tanungan sa ganyan.. mahirap kasi kong mga opinion lang dito sa mga kasulyap hangat wala tayong labor law na basihan .. mas maganda doon kasi pwede sila tumawag sa labor office task sa mga tanung mo...

at saka mahirap intindihin ang labor law dito...

kung nag finish contract ka ng 6 years, tapos nag exit ka, pwd po ba na mag apply ng G-1 visa?
