pwede poh bang mag tanong about sa computation ng sahid 2009 and 2010..at magkano poh ba ang kalalabasan ng 10hrs a day including 1hr break..kasi direcho po ako pag katpos ko poh kumaen eh babalik agad sa trabaho
8:30 - 6:30 po kami

ahahahahha ayaw ka nila ireply,,,,
ako wala nmn nagbago sa computation sa sahod,, ang nagbago lang ay nung papasok 2010 tumaas ang per hour un ung sa akin,, ewan sa iba!!

next year may increase sa salary kasama pati mga foreign worker sa wage increase.

2009 basic salary=904,000 won po 4000w po /hr yung ot po ay x50%joeliza14 wrote:sir

2010 928860won-basic salary 4110 po per hr yung ot po ay 50%
every sat.. 4 hours lang po.. then + overtime na:D

kasi poh ganito un problema ko.everyday eh 8.30 ang pasok ko pali pali ang brake ko bali mga 15 minutes tpos balik ulit sa work tpos ang start ng o.t ko eh .6.30 pero ang basic ko eh 1.1milyon won help nmn kung dapat bako mag reklamo sa ganun

computin nyo ang basic salary+ overtime at kung di tugma..magreklamo po kayo..
yung oras ng breaktime ay dapat..isang oras

wala pa.. itong 2010 nga..ang baba nga ng salary increase dahil sa recession. malamang, konti lang din ang itaas
