tanong lng din po kng may latest news bout sa kukmin ntin.ask ko n rin po kng 22o po b ung 400 won n kinaltas ng smsung dti ay may ksma dw n 1.4 won anu po twag dun kc po lpit n kmi uwi sna ma2lungan nyo kmi ty

kabayan,
1) ang NPS-SSS agreement ay hindi pa po ratified ng Phil. Senate at nasa pang 16th pa among all treaties to be reviewed and approved by the Senate... hindi po totoo ang bali-balita na hindi na makukuha ang "kukmin" natin starting January or February next year... if meron mang latest updates about that just keep visiting and read our forums... also our SULYAP' monthly newsletter...
2) yung 400K won naman, yun ang tinatawag na "return cost insurance" na kung saan kayo po ang nagbayad nyan sa Samsung Insurance company and it will be returned to you when you go back to Phil. after your sojourn period... yung sinasabi mong 1.4 naman na kasamang ibinigay ng Samsung Insurance company, yan ang tinatawag natin na "departure guarantee insurance" or "severance pay" or "toejigeum"... if marami kang OT sa last 3-months na work mo before ka uuwi ng Pinas, dapat madagdagan pa yan but hindi na ang Samsung Insurance ang magbigay but your employer based on standard computation... please link HERE on how to compute your "toejigeum"...

kabayan,
wala po sa policy ng Ministry of Labor na sila ang magbigay ng permit na makabalik kayo or employer na magrehire ng isang EPS worker... if walang employer na magrehire, hindi po pwede na marehire kayo...
if alam na ninyo na hindi kayo i-rehire ng current employer ninyo pwede kayo magparelease unless hindi pa ubos ang release ninyo and provided that payagan din kayo ng current employer ninyo... then you have to look for new employer by yourself na pwede magrehire sayo...
