good day po sa lahat,

hope this news is good.lalo na po sa mga "gagraduate" na for 6 years legally working here in korea.
nabasa ko po sa website ng MINISTRY OF LABOR under Q&A na pwede ulit mag apply dito sa korea after 6 months from the date of departure dito.

According to Article 18 (2) of the act on foreign workers' employment,ect(Restrictions on Employment), a foreign worker who has left afer having been employed in Korea shall not be reemployed, if six months has not passed since the date of his/her departure.

So after reemployment, during your working period, due to unavoidable reasons, if you have to come back to your country, after 6 months, you may take employment procedures from the begining, taking KLT, again.

As a result, if an Korean employer chooses you among many candidates on job roster as a worker through job-maching done by the job center, you may enter Korea.

d po ba totoo ung sinasabi na after 6 years mo eh uuwi ka sa Pinas but may dala ka nag papers galing sa sadyang mo.THEN AFTER 6 MONTHS EH..BABALIK KA..

MATAGAL NA PO ITONG NEWS NA ITO.. KAHITR SA POEANAKALAGAY ITONG PROCEDURE NA ITO AT ISA PO AKO SA NAG PAPATUNAY NA AFTER 6 MONTHS AY PWEDE NA PO KAYONG MAG APPLY AT BUMALIK SA KOREA BILANG ISANG EPS YON NGA LANG KAILANGAN IPASA ANG MGA EXAMINATIONS AND MIDICAL.. GAYA NG NANGYARI SA AKIN ISA AKONG EX KOREA DUMATING AKO NOONG JAN 6 2009 MEANS MAY ISANG TAON NA AKO DITO SA PINAS AT NAIPASA KO ANG 6TH KLT EXAMS AND MEDICAL KAYA KASAMA AKO SA MGA PINAPROCESS ANG PAPEL PARA MAKABALIK AT MAKAPAG RRABAHO SA BANSANG KOREA

bakit ako kadarating ko lang nitong april 3 2010 nakaexam ako sa 6th klt then naipasa ko exam at nagpasa na ako ng medical certificate

maski naman po dati ganyan din ang policy nila sa mga trainee visa di pa uso ang mga eps po eh pagtapos ng 3 years uuwi muna po then apply ulit sila after 6 months
