sir,,
tungkol po ito sa tegikom ko..ito po ang kompletong detalye :
last sept2008 hired po ako ng kompanya hyong sung at 7 months ang natitirang visa ko for first 3 years,,(sept2008 to april 2009).bale natapos po ang first 3 years of sojourn ko ng april 2009.
narehire po ulit ako with the same company,,started working on june 10 2009 up to april 2010.
first 3 yrs of sojourn : sept2008-april 2009
second 3 yrs : june 2009-april 2010
meron po ba akong makukuhang tegikom considering na more than one year na akong nagtatrabaho sa kompanya?hindi man po sya straight na one year pero more than one year accumulated po sya..
sana bigyan nyo po ng pansin ang katanungang kong ito.

hi auron,

yes, you can get a Departure Guarantee Insurance or "toejigeum" for the reason that you have been accumulatedly working in the same company for more than one year already... kahit naputol yung duration of work mo due to more than a month of reemployment vacation, ikaka-count pa rin yung 7-months of work before you were reemployed using the standard formula of toejigeum computation...
