Kabayan, tanong lang po...

What are the following requirements for e7 working visa after ko makuha ang visa number ko from Korea?

Kasi punta ako sa Korean Consulate dito sa Cebu but binigyan lang ako ng requirements for tourist.

Wla akong ITR coz wla pa akong TIN number.. Kailangan ba talaga ang ITR for immigrant workers?

First time ko pa to mag-process for immigrant work..

E-7 visa is reserved for all other special activities that are specially designated by the Ministry of Justice. Therefore, if you are going to be working for a domestic, Korean company and you possess certain skills or knowledge that are unavailable in the Korean domestic market, such as foreign attorneys and tax accountants,engineers, IT, overseas business supports, etc then this E-7 visa is probably for you. It should be noted that E-7 visa is generally granted for only those positions that are difficult to fill with domestic Korean employees due to the shortage of Korean workers.

The documents that must be submitted are:

a. applicant�s passport;
b. completed application form with passport-sized photograph;
c. letter of invitation from the local company confirming the purpose of the applicant�s employment in Korea;
d. copy of diploma or certificate of qualification of applicant;
e. employment reference by the Minister of the relevant Ministry;
f. employment contract;
g. documents relating to the establishment of public or private organizations, including a certified copy of the company registration or business entity certificate, etc. of the local company;
h. affidavit of support from the local company duly notarized by a Notary Public of Korea; and
i. resume or personal work history of applicant.

In my case, ung employer ko kinuha lang ung resume, TOR, diploma at working certificates ko at pina-pirma ako sa contract of employment. After that pinadala ko lahat ung original docs to Korea.. para to sa CCVI or Certificate of Confirmation for Visa Issuance... Ask mo lang ung sponsor mo kung ano ang kailangan nya para ma-process ung CCVI mo.... Very Happy

I got my CCVI just last Monday..
so I'll go to Manila to process by next week.. Very Happy

if may ccvi kana at may visa kana din.. don't forget to ask for a copy
of your employment contract na na-verify na nang Philippine Embassy sa Korea.
you'll be needing that when u process ur POEA registration..^.^

I already got my visa... I just arrive from Manila now...

When I went to the Korean Embassy there are different forms for workers, tourist
and others. If you got ur CCVI number then all u need is ur passport, a photocopy of passpart, picture and the application form. Just ask the guard for the procedure and then they'll tell u everything.. Madali lang as long u got the CCVI.. wla nang interview.. I processed it last Wednesday and then yesterday released na... Sa e7 visa ito ha.. e-wan ko sa e9... medyo they need more papers for e9 visa.. hopefully u'll get it soon.... Very Happy

hi po shining....nisubmit ko na po dun sa employer ko yun mga papers ko and sabi nila npprocess na...di ko po kasi masagot yun question nyo pero ako po kasi walang employer dito, full time mom po kasi ako and nakahanap lng yun friend ko ng mgssponsor sakin dun....ask mo po c kuya emart baka matutulungan ka nya..thanks and godbless Smile

I was actually recommended by my friend for the job for an office job position.. ^.^

Try to check the korean embassy website for the types of industries that are qualified to hire a
foreign employee under the e7 visa.. Limited lang ang pwede makakuha nito.. Hindi lahat nang companya
ay pwedeng mag-hire nang foreign worker kaya kailangan mag-apply nang visa there in Korea...
Hopefully under ang companya mo para maraming pinoy doon... Good Luck....^.^

you mean exam sa klt-korean language test>
are you already a registered applicant for korea- poea website?
if you are then mag study kana and be ready sa mga requirements
for upcoming registration in your area. visit poea.gov.ph sa mga location for registration.

maraming sample examination na mahanap mo sa website. like poea.gov.ph or eps.go.kr

hello po sa lahat...i all read your conversation...i really want to work in korea...kahit sa factory lng..but my problem is wala mag sponsor sakin..di ko alam kanino ko hihingi ng tulong..im a single mom at hirap ng mag hanap ng work dito pinas at di sapat ang kinikita..if meron lng na tutulong sakin tatanawin ko ng malaking utang na loob.im really desperate na..i self study how to read and write korean...may alam narin ako konti ng korean inaqbot ako ng 2years sa pag aaral..hirap din kc.marunong narin me kumanta ng korean song.i always practice.i really want to work there..im hoping po na makakuha din ako ng CCVI if you trust in me.....i keep on praying po....

sis, try mo-lang mag-paregister sa POEA to take the KLT for EPS workers... As I've know pag-nakapasa ka dito may possibility that you'll gonna find an employer under the e9 visa.. I'm not really sure about the whole detail for it.. but this is one thing that you'll be able to find an employer.. I think, you could work in a factory with that visa... Try to call POEA for further details... Sana makahabol kapa sa next test nila.. Good Luck.. Smile

Honestly, I was scheduled for departure this coming April 3, but due to the verification of contract in POLO for my OEC, na-delay ako... I'm still waiting
for the verified contract from POLO in Korea para ma-process ko na ang OEC..

Ah~ by the way, when u processed ur documents.. Visa and OEC from POEA lang
ba ang kailangan e-process para makaalis? Is there any documents that I need to process?

Yes, we need to verify the contract in POLO office in Korea.. Actually, this is for our benefit "employees" coz may mga demands ang labor office to our employers on what to offer on us... At least, the contract will undergo legal procedures like the right salary and benefits that should be given, housing, food allowance and others.. So, I advice that to ask ur sponsor to call POLO before making the contract coz they have to redo it if it won't pass...

And, we need the OEC for our exit clearance... and this is a good thing coz we can get a lot of discount for the airline ticket if you're going to take Korean Airlines or Cathay Pacific..

Hopefully, this answer helps and you could have a successful transaction.. Smile

If successful and you'll be assign in Seoul, kita kits tayo.. Smile

congrats! anong location at product ng company that hired you dito sa Korea?

about getting OEC in POEA, yes ang dami pang iproprocess... besides sa contract verification from POLO you also need to attend PDOS, have & pass medical exam, pay around 7K PHP (POEA, OWWA, & Phil Health), and have a round trip flight ticket...
