good day sa bumubuo ng sulyap pinoy,

nais ko po sana maliwanagan kung ano tlaga ang nararapat na ikaltas sa mga eps dito sa korea kasi po sa company nmin ibat ibang klase ng taxes ang ikinakaltas bukod dun sa medical or hospital card na uryubom po ba tawag dun at sa kukmin natin meron pang ibang kaltas saamin mga kabkonse or ibat ibang klase ng taxes kaya umaabot sa 140thousand won po ang tutal deductions namin .. gusto ko sanang liwanagin sa department of labor pero mejo nakakatakot po kasi ang company namin kasi nagpapatanggal sila once na magreklamo or maginquire sa labor.. thanks and mabuhay po kayo..

Magandang araw Po!

Yong mga Legal Deductions po are The Following:
1) National Pension Scheme Monthly Contribution (KUKMIN
Yeongeum)
which is equivalent to 9% sa gross salary
hati po kayo ng company 50 % sa iyo at 50 % from the
company.

For example: gross Salary po ninyo is 1,000,000 K. won
9% is 90,000 K. won. Hati kayo is tig 45, 000 K. won.po kayo..
2)Natioanl health insurance now the minimum is 27,900 k.won

3)Unemployment insurance( Goyong poheom is 6,940 K.won)

4) mayroon pa pong isa....
i- update ko na lng po dito very minimal lng po amount something nasa
1,820...

Yong sa Tax naman po pag below 1,200, 000 K.won po
ang inyong salary exempted po tayo sa tax....

SIR,

Good day and thanks for the info .. pero sir update ko lang po dito ang lahat ng mga dedections na nawawala sa sahod namin monthly po ..monthly deduction as follow..

kukmin yung gom.( 60750 won)
konkangbohom (41300 won)
yoyang bohomryu ( 2700 won)
juminsi ( 1860 won)
kabkunsi (18660 won)
sahuhebi ( 3000 won)
kisuksa pay ( 20000 won)
all in all po ay 148,270 won

kung lahat po ng nabanggit ay required ng korean labor law wala pong problema sa amin kasi po ung sahod ng foreign worker dito sa company nmin ay mas mababa compare sa mga korean workers pero ang kaltas po ay laging kapareho ng sa kanila...thanks again and more power ...

Kabayan,

Good evening po !

Yong first 4sa listhan po ninyo legal po na ikakaltas sa ating mga EPS


Pero yong Last sa Listahan po maaring nalagay po sa Contract po ninyo.

KUNG Nakalagay po ba sa Standard Labor contract Na napirmahan po ninyo Na Kayo ang mag babayad Dormitory or tirahan?(kisuksa)
Please paki checked yong contract po ninyo
kasi kung nakalagay sa Contract po ninyo ala po tayong magagawa


Ngayon tungkol nga pala sa snasabi po ninyo tatangalin kayo pag ng inquire kayo ng Labor, Hindi po basta basta maggawa po ng employer iyan
Kasi dapat may Justifiable Reason po na tinatawag kung kayo po ay
tangalin.

At Kung kayo po ay Tatangalin dapat 30 days before kayo tangalin sa COmpany , dapat i- informed kayo ng employer Kasi kung hindi po
For example pinaalis kayo sa inyong company February 3 palang dapat po Babayaran po ng company ninyo ang entire month of FEbruary...

Again Please Check your Standard Labor Contract.
