Question: Case 001: "An employer slapped on my check due to my mistake."

Answer:In accordance with the Korean Labor Law, an employer shall not physically abuse, threaten, imprison and unjust restrict on the freedom of workers. Also an employer shall not beat a worker despite of any fault of the worker. Therefore, a worker who is abused physically by an employer can sue the employer for breach of the Labor law.

In this case, violence by an employer can be a justifiable reason of changing workplace in accordance with Article 25 of "Act on relating to Employment of Foreign Workers", therefor, a worker can inform the Employment SEcurity Center the fact of suing an employer for violence and request the Center to change workplace...

FAQ cases are based on "EASY KOREAN LABOR LAW ed 2007"...

lahat po ng info tungkol po sa problema at kaso ng mga EPS worker ay base po dito sa librong ito,
Easy Korean Labor law ed.2007"..

if in case u have the same case as mentioned above,now u have the info about it, and an answer to the situation or about the case..

and also for those who dont ahve the copy ahve the chance to read and be aware
what is pur Right and Responsibilities as an EPS...
