good news yan at narehire nad nakabalik ka na pala dito sa korea...
back to zero and counting ng sojourn period mo in which you are enttiled for another 3-years... pero if ma-approve na ang additional 2-years which is sabi ng Labor ay expected this month daw, so magiging hanggang 5-years pa ang stay mo dito sa Korea...
if we will get the latest notice from the Labor about this matter, we will immediately post here in our website... so keep updated nalang po...

boss paano yung hindi pa natatapos na kontrata ng 3 yrs deretso na po ba ng 5 yrs
kabayan,
yes, diritso na po 5-years... di na kailangan mag-apply ng rehire at umuwi for 1-month vacation... if gusto nyo pa rin umuwi, that will be considered as vacation leave lang at hindi rehire and you need your employer's approval...
after 5-years, saka pa po mag-apply ng rehire granting wala pong changes sa policy regarding rehire...

..hello po lagi po ko ngbabasa ng daily upadte nio about s Q&A sa ngyn po binasa ko mabuti yung post..kmi po end of contract w/ 3 yrs... s july of this yr. ang uwi nmin s pinas june 30 after sabi sa amin ng sajangnim blik kmi after 1 mo. yung update s labor granted n po b yun...kung approved n yun s LABOR sna po ganun magyari sa amin pra hnd kmi mag isip o anu mang bagay.. salamat po ng marami mabuhay po kau lahat....

suggest ko lang po... pakibasa po muna ang whole content of this thread para hindi kayo mamislead sa information...
to clarify you again... HINDI PA PO APPROVE ANG ADDITIONAL 2-YEARS...
pero sabi ng Ministry of Labor, expected approval po daw will be this month... but we dont know the exact date yet... it could be tomorrow or end of April... we are continuously monitoring this matter... rest assured we will post immediately here in our website once we will receive latest updates regarding this matter...
para po sa mga mag-end na ang 3-years sojourn sa May, if hindi po kayo irerehire ng employer ninyo, tanungin nyo muna amo nyo if granting ma-approve na ang additional 2-years this month, willing pa ba sila magrenew ng contract ninyo... if hindi na, then parelease nalang kayo at maghanap ng ibang employer na willing magrerehire sa inyo... if willing pa, so hintayin nyo nalang muna until this month bago kayo magpaparelease...

wala pako nababsa sa mga reply nyo..nais ko sana makuha ang kukmin ko kasi sabi nila b4 ako bumalik ng pinas,, kasi i have 3months vacation para sa re=entry ko sa korea.. makukuha ko ang kukmin may21,2009..nakaalis ako april21,2009..up to now wala pa ang kukmin ko sa account ko.. nais ko sana itransfer dito sa pinas ang account ko para dito kona makuha ung benefits ko sa kukmin..hope ull reply po as soon as possible po..more power...

kung ano po yung isinubmit mo na account dun din ihuhulog ang NPS Lump-sum refund mo... i suggest tawagan mo ang NPS office where you have submitted your application... if you don't know the number, try to visit their website at http://www.nps.or.kr/ (under the website put the cursor arrow in the National Pension then click Regional Offices then click the NPS location where your workplace is located...)
