hello po, tama po ba computation para sa new salary 4,320
mon - fri = 8x4320 =34,560
ot mon-fri = 4x4320x150% =25,920
sat or sun = 12x4320x150% =77,760
night diff = 7x4320x50% =15,120
schedule po ay day shift mon to fri ay 8am to 9pm, night shift ay 8:30 pm to 8am
pag po sat and sun day shift 8am to 6pm or 9pm, pag night shift 8:30pm to 8am

Given:
salary per hour: 4,320 won
number of working hours per day: 8 hours
number of working days (excluding sat. and sunday): 5 days
Computation:
4,320 x 8 = 34,560 won
34,560 won x 5 = 172,800 won (amount of salary for 5 days)
FOR OT
Given:
salary per hour: 4,320 won
number of ot per day: 4 hours
number of working days (excluding sat. and sunday): 5 days
Computation:
4,320 x 4 = 17280 won
17280 won x 150% = 25,920won
25,920wonx 5 = 129,600 (amount of salary for OT/5 days)
di ko na alam kung paano sat, sun at tsaka night differential....
