matatapos na contract ko sa feb,makukuha ko kaya kukmin ko? if ever na pabalikin ako sa company makukuha ko din ba? tnx......

hello kabayan,

unless the NPS-SSS agreement is not yet ratified by the phil. senate, we can still get the NPS the lump-sum refund or "kukmin" after our 3-yrs sojourn... once it is ratified possible next year daw (not sure of the month)... sana hindi matutuloy, after 3-months from the effectivity, that time we have to wait at the age of 65-years saka pa natin makukuha yun...

kabayan,
it's better you personally process your kukmin... visit NPS regional office nearest to your company and bring the following required documents...
- Application form (you can download and print the application form at SULYAPINOY portal page under NPS Guidelines Section or you may get it at the NPS office)
- ID card (Passport & Alien Registration Card)
- Bankbook na nakapangalan talaga sayo. (pwede bank account mo sa Phil. or dito sa Korea)
- Plane Ticket
