Fellow Migrant Workers in South Korea:

There's a saying goes... "ignorance of the law excuses no one". This is the phrase I have learned from the feature article of our very own SULYAPINOY editorial adviser Ms. Regina P. Arquiza that was published in SULYAPINOY 6th Issue. In her article, she emphasized that we have to empower ourselves with enough information for us to defend our individual rights for any abusers.
